  • Amanda Ray Kühling is a certified coach and Company Culture & Experience Creator. She works with companies of all sizes to create a meaningful employee experience using an integral approach and customized trainings. Her work helps businesses to increase employee motivation and retention, as well as overall greater productivity and success. She has over a decade of experience working within companies to improve their organization, internal relations, and overall happiness and sense of community.

    Sessions can be offered in German and English.

  • Gabriela is a business & life coach. She works with companies of different sizes & backgrounds, supporting employees to become more passionate about their jobs & more connected to their goals. Through her evidence based coaching sessions, she focuses on creating more efficient teamwork and on fostering more productivity by supporting employees on an individual and holistic level.

    She has studied Psychology in Brazil, specialized in Positive Psychology and has experience both in the business & mental health coaching area as well as experience in building scalable HR functions in fast-growing companies.
